Each student gets a piece of white paper and a set of oil pastels.
I read prompts to the students such as,
"Draw a line that does loops like a roller coaster"
or
"Draw a really thick line. Draw a soft line."
After I read ten different prompts, I gave the class a new piece of white paper.
The students were instructed to join this new piece of paper with the drawing,
then continue the lines onto the new paper.
